If the applicant or candidate has a verified WhatsApp number, you will be able to WhatsApp them. Otherwise, the WhatsApp button will be inactive, indicating that this candidate does not have or did not provide a valid WhatsApp account.

These are actions you can perform to manage applicants. KIV or “Keep In View” will not send any notification to the jobseeker and can be used as your temporary or sorting folder. The candidate will be notified automatically when you Shortlist / Reject / Hire them. When you contact a candidate using our SMS or email service, the candidate will be able to view your contact details so they can opt to contact you directly.

When any job ad is posted, we will automatically search for the top-matching candidates from our database to recommend them to you so that you have some candidate options even before your very first applicant. You can view these profiles on the “Recommended Candidates” tab in your Applicant Manager.

An internal comment is a useful tool to leave comments or notes about the candidate, for your or your colleagues’ future reference. This is useful for accounts that are accessed by multiple users, to align on their applicant management progress. Internal comments cannot be seen by the candidate.

Please ensure that when filling up your job details, the Notification settings are enabled so you can receive notifications about new applicants via email and/or WhatsApp.
